The ideal candidate will be hardworking, dependable, and willing to learn. Responsibilities include assisting with grading, drainage and irrigation installation, retaining walls, patios and walkways, sod installation, planting trees and shrubs, and landscape lighting. Crew Members will help prepare jobsites, load and unload materials, operate hand and power tools, and assist with equipment as trained and directed.

Candidates should be able to follow instructions, work efficiently as part of a team, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and take pride in producing quality work. Previous landscape or construction experience is preferred but not required for candidates who are dependable and willing to learn.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Must be experienced and capable in residential landscape construction
  • Rough & finish grading with skid steer, excavator, and mini skid 
  • Drainage & irrigation installation  
  • Retaining walls (modular block, natural stone) 
  • Paver, flagstone, and concrete patio/walkway installation 
  • Sod, trees, shrubs, and plant installation 
  • Landscape lighting installation 
  • Safe operation of truck, trailer, and construction equipment 
  • Ability to read plans and follow layout 
  • Valid driver's license in good standing 
Preferred Experience (Not Required but a Plus)
  •  Using transit/laser level for layout & grading 
  •  Masonry, brick, or stacked stone work 
  •  Pergolas, fencing, outdoor kitchens, carpentry 
  •  Water features 
  •  Basic equipment maintenance & repair

  •  Manage a crew of 2–4 people
